Andy is founder and partner of LaunchEquity Partners. Andy is currently Chairman and CEO at Peaksware and also serves as Chairman and strategic advisor to each of our portfolio companies.

Andy began his investment career in 1987 at Strong Capital Management. He then joined Artisan Partners (APAM:nyse) in 1997 and was a Portfolio Manager and Managing Director up until his retirement from Artisan in March 2018.

Matt manages LaunchEquity Partners private investment portfolio. Matt also serves as VP of Finance at Peaksware, directing FP&A and M&A strategy.

Matt started his career at Bain, working in their private equity practice and consulting with Fortune 500 companies primarily in consumer retail. After earning his MBA and MPP at Harvard, Matt joined the founding team of running apparel brand Janji as CFO & COO, scaling 20x over five years and leading the successful merger with peer brand Oiselle.

Kathy is the COO of LaunchEquity Partners LLC. She has been a part of LaunchEquity Partners since its inception, working on day-to-day operations.

Kathy started her career in advertising at Kohler Co where she worked on special projects for the plumbing division. She then joined Hoffman York in the account services area working on advertising strategy and execution for brands.

Kathy joined the Artisan Partners Growth Team as both an executive assistant and one of the team's coordinators, managing travel, scheduling, IT systems and broker relations.
